Full Service Design
Lemonhouse Interiors is Full Service Design, which means, we take care of everything so you don’t have to! This includes complete implementation of design, from the creation of mood boards and renderings to selection of furniture, ordering/tracking and final installation. We work collaboratively with our clients, architects and builders throughout the entire process, providing both design and project management throughout the full project.
Design Fee prices start at $3200 which is typically equivalent to a job that starts at $30k

In-Home Consult + Planning
In-home consultations with our clients is one of the first and most important steps. This is where we really get to know our clients and discuss their wants, needs and goals with their space. From here, we will start architectural planning, meeting with GCs, and developing the design

Renderings
Life like Renderings to see your space before final order placement
*Renderings are an important part of our design process as they provide clients with a visual representation of what their space will look like. They allow our clients to see the design in 3D and make changes before the design is finalized- saving money and time in the long run.

Design Details + Ordering
Selection of custom cabinets, lighting selection, floor plan layout, plumbing selections, hardware selection.
Selection of Fabric/upholstery. Finishes on furniture. Art selection, Paint and trim, Drapery hardware etc.
Once approved and finalized we will place all orders and continue to track

Installation + Final Touches
After placing orders we will track and follow up with vendors ensuring everything remains on timeline for seamless delivery and installation.
Last, but certainly not least, we start the styling of shelves, Fluffing of pillows and final special touches!
